Blended Learning

Bilancia has started to develop a number of courses, so that the knowledge and actions can be mastered through blended learning. This system has the advantage that a person can learn the teaching material in his own time and place. It is also the intention that he/she performs a number of practical actions.

The level of the training starts at zero and leads to an intermediate manager. It provides
insight and skills that are necessary for professional cultivation practice.
During the learning process, the student is assisted by a Bilancia counselor who can offer
substantive support and discuss progress with the student
The courses currently available (in English language and Russian language) are:
“organization”, “hydroponic fertilization” and “climate”. For people who want to start
growing medical cannabis there is a course (only in English) and combined with fertilizers
and climate you can reach a good level in professional growing.
It is advisable to start with organization if you want to start completely new with a modern
greenhouse.
